The ONE Conference 2025 is coming soon! Register today to join our combined annual gathering of the Pacific Northwest and Oregon Conferences. Pastors and lay leaders from around Oregon, Washington, and Alaska will be together for a great time of connecting and an opportunity to learn from our guest speakers including Kayleigh Clark, Sean Anthony Fenner, and Bishop Kenny Martin.
Kayleigh Clark offers a wealth of knowledge on how to process Congregational Trauma.
Sean Anthony Fenner delivers a fresh perspective on NextGen ministries and how to build up a new next generation of church leaders.
Bishop Kenny Martin brings encouragement for long-term vision. This will be highlighted by the Ordination Service, where men and women are affirmed as Elders in the Free Methodist Church, and a Superintendent Commissioning Service, as both conferences have recently conducted superintendent elections.
A friendly reminder that this event is required for all appointed elders, CMCs, and delegates in each conference. We also highly encourage families, church staff, and anyone from our local churches to join in. We look forward to seeing you there and experiencing this enriching time together!

Mission Igniter Pre-Con
You’re Invited!
Join us for the 2025 One Conference Multiplier Pre-Conference Workshop on June 26th 2:30 – 4:30 pm--a catalytic session designed to reignite the heartbeat of disciple-making in your church. Get a taste of the interactive exercises, deep-dive teaching, and practical tools offered through our partner, Mission Igniter. Together, we’ll rethink what it means to multiply disciples, develop leaders—while learning how to shape a shared team vision and create a multiplication plan with measurable outcomes. Whether you’re just starting or seeking deeper alignment, this workshop will introduce tools to identify barriers, clarify your mission, and cultivate a Spirit-empowered culture of disciple-making. Bring your team and take the first step toward a multiplying movement!
Who should come?
This workshop is designed for Lead Pastors to experience tools that can be used in facilitated sessions with your leadership team in Multiplier’s Journey, Vision Framing or Vision Planning, but all are welcome.
In addition to the conference speakers, worship time, and meals, Cooks Hill has put together four Friday evening activities, with something for everyone! If you are able to stick around after the prayer summit, you will not regret it. Check them out 👇
Mocktails on the Patio: Great time to visit with new friends!

Maternity Home Tour: See how Cooks Hill is meeting a need in their community.
Friday Fun @ ONE!

FRIDAY EVENING
PRAYER SUMMIT
As we gather in His presence together, you will be invited to refocus, respond, re-engage, and recommit as the Spirit guides you. We will provide a booklet that we hope will be a helpful tool in your journey. We will be guiding through these steps so we can navigate the "stirred waters" of His desire for us during this time. When the angel stirred the pool of Bethesda (John 5), miraculous things happened. Of course, Jesus showed up, and even more happened. We trust a genuine encounter with the Lord will bring what is needed for each of us during this gathering together.
MEET OUR KEYNOTE SPEAKERS
KAYLEIGH CLARK
According to the World Health Organization, 70% of people worldwide have experienced trauma. Those within the church are not immune to trauma and deep suffering. For pastors who desire to shepherd well, this statistic should remind them of the need to minister in trauma-informed ways. This workshop seeks to equip pastors and church leaders with an understanding of trauma and practical tools for serving those who have been impacted by such great suffering. It will do so in the following ways:
Provide an understanding of trauma studies particularly how trauma impacts both the individuals within the congregation as well as its impact on the congregation, as a whole
Provide an understanding of the role of the pastor in caring for those who have experienced trauma
Provide restoration tools for pastors to use in their particular ministry contexts
Provide an opportunity for participants to practice utilizing such restoration tools while brainstorming ways they could impact their particular context
SEAN ANTHONY FENNER
Sean Fenner is an Executive Pastor at Light & Life Church in Long Beach, CA. His favorite people are his wife Sarah and his son Caspian. He’s a mentor, speaker, coach, and trainer with an intense passion to awaken this generation to an authentic relationship with Jesus.
