Bishop Haskins shared about the essentials of compassion, integrity and Wesleyanism in our leaders and presided over the business sessions in which the conference approved the reports by the various committees and voted to affirm the "Partnering to Impact Eternity" initiative proposed by Supt. Whitehead.

Missionaries and Missions Guests  The Bonneys (Dominican Republic), Ogdens (Burundi), Della Land (Haiti) and Jeff Pongsathorn Wangchai (Thailand)  were among the contingent at PNWC Leadership Summit.
Jim & Phyllis Sortor were recognized for their many years of missionary service in Africa.  Much of their work has been with the FM Child Sponsorship program.

Missional activity reports  Special guest Jeff Wangchai (Thailand) brought the mission field to us through his stories of God's work in Thailand and Cambodia.  Dr. Art Brown (Director, FMWM) brought an update of exciting missional activity around the world and the challenges that face us in this endeavor.  Reports of redemptive work were shared by representatives several churches.

Memoirs  The life and ministry of Rev. Warren (Della) Land, missionary to Haiti, was remembered in a special video presentation, emphasizing his clear call to missions and the joy he experienced by following that call.   Mrs. Mina Ensign, wife of deceased elder Marvin Ensign, was also memorialized.
