Gwen Houser, retired missionary, passed away Saturday April 28, in Stanwood, WA. Gwen and her husband Tillman arrived in Rhodesia, now known as Zimbabwe, in May 1948. Their 34-year ministry focused on education, evangelism and finance. Gwen and Tillman retired in 1981

Mildred Seymour, (widow of PNWC Elder Ezra Seymour), passed away on May 2nd. She was 102 years old.

Space for God Retreats
Space for God Retreat dates for 2012-2013 are:
- October 1-3 (Rainbow Lodge in North Bend)
- November 12-14 (Rainbow Lodge)
- February 11-13, 2013 (Palisades Retreat Center in Federal Way)
This year we are asking that each participant, or the church they serve, pay a $50 fee for the retreat. If you are interested in any of our retreats please contact Arlene Weigand in the conference office as soon as possible: arlene@pnwc.org
Space for God Retreat is an opportunity to step away from the demands of ministry and into an environment where you can be with and hear from God in a deeper way. If you have been finding that sensing the nearness of God is sometimes difficult in the busyness of life, then treat your soul to two days of just being with Him. Consider it Jesus’ invitation to you to “come away by yourself with me and get some rest”.
